This policy provides contractual legal and technical follow-up on claims related to legal matters and construction warranties for up to one year after the buyer takes possession of the property.

LEGAL
We prevent any type of fraud related to the lack of legal legitimacy of the property regarding possession and government permits, as well as potential delivery defaults due to the developer’s financial incapacity.
We assist the buyer throughout the entire legal process.
TECHNICAL
We assess whether the property purchase is a safe investment by analyzing the area’s infrastructure, the type of structure used, the MEP engineering ,the quality of finishes, and the safety measures in place against natural disasters such as hurricanes and earthquakes.

Documentation of the issue or non-compliance reported by the client.

Provide written notice to ALSO of the incident or non-compliance.

ALSO’s internal team of architects and attorneys initiates the legal claim in writing and follows up on its resolution. At this stage, 99% of incidents are typically resolved and repaired.

If necessary and the non-compliance continues, ALSO will recommend trusted legal teams to the client to first file a complaint with PROFECO and, if required, initiate a formal lawsuit, during which ALSO will provide follow-up and advisory support throughout the entire process.

If you purchase directly from the developer or seller, please keep in mind that if any document is legally incorrect, contains clauses that do not protect you under Mexican law, if the developer fails to comply with the contract, or if there are construction defects or unresolved warranties, you will be on your own, both legally and technically. Neither the seller nor the developer will act against their own interests.
